Home to School Transport

St Francis Xavier School offers four dedicated bus services. Passes are issued for either Zone A, Zone B or Zone C and are not transferable to other routes.

The daily rate for a pass for the 2026/27 academic year will be:

Zone A - £4.45 per day
Zone B - £5.95 per day
Zone C - £6.20 per day

Applications for Academic Year 2026/27

We will open the application process for September 2026 during the summer term. The application form is electronic only and will be accessible via this page.

This year's schedules can be accessed via the link below. 2026/27 schedules will be published later in the summer term, once all applications have been processed and the demand for places is known.

Do I need to apply every year?

Yes, a new application must be submitted each academic year.

When is the deadline?

The deadline for applications for the 2026/27 academic year is 9.00 am on Monday 29th June 2026.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

You should submit the requested documentation as soon as possible. Any late applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

What happens if my child is not allocated a seat on their chosen route?

You will be offered the closest alternative to your requested pickup point. If this is not suitable your child's name will be added to a waiting list for their chosen route.

When will my child receive their bus pass?

Providing all of the requested documentation has been submitted on time, you can expect to receive your child's pass towards the end of the Summer Term.

I would like to pay for my child(ren)'s pass in one full payment. Can I do this?

Yes, you may pay in one single payment. Once your child's place on their chosen route has been confirmed, the remaining balance will be assigned to their ParentPay account. You may choose to either pay in instalments or make one full payment at the start of the academic year.
