A clean sweep in the local community

We were saddened to see our common place covered in litter from the strong winds last night. Demonstrating our school value of Stewardship, students from Years 8 and 9 went into the local community to pick up this litter.

On their return to school, the students were excited to share that members of the public had stopped to speak with them. Mr Bird from the Yorkshire Wedding Barn was really impressed with their efforts and made a kind donation to school funds.
