Admission Appeals Information
If you were unsuccessful in being offered a place at St Francis Xavier School in September 2025, you have the right to appeal against the admission decision.

If you wish to appeal, please complete and send the Appeal Form to the Appeals Department at North Yorkshire Council at appeals@northyorks.
The appeal hearings are due to take place in early June and you will be notified by the Appeals Department of a date and time for the hearing. An independent appeals panel will then decide whether your appeal is allowed or dismissed.
